Led two TMR dairy farms in East Java for PT Greenfields Indonesia and AustAsia — more than 8,400 Holstein and Jersey cows milked daily, about 19,000 head in total, and over 400 workers and staff.
Led the bilateral Indonesia–Australia Commercial Cattle Breeding Program: eight pilot projects across six provinces, trialling three breeding models, with seven of the eight reaching commercial viability.
Turned an ailing small feedlot into a profitable multi-divisional business over fourteen years, growing the top line 300% in ten years — mostly on free cash flow, with nil debt.
Under my management, Elders Indonesia became the first importer of Australian cattle in the world to secure ESCAS (Export Supply Chain Assurance Scheme) approval. I played a key role in the development and uptake of ESCAS in Indonesia.
Managed a paddock-to-plate brand across five properties in WA, the NT and Queensland and a herd of more than 200,000 head, and established the brand in Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.
Designed and delivered more than 150 beef feedback workshops to over 2,000 cattle producers and livestock agents Australia-wide, and re-developed the industry's product identification course work.
